The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: On or about April 6, 2023, employees, working at 900 42nd Avenue in Moline, Illinois, were exposed to falling approximately 20 feet from the "JLG" articulating boom lift to the ground below and suitable fall protection systems were not attached to the basket.
