On or about June 30, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, fourteen (14) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. Jose & Jorge Enterprises, Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985232, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 222 Julep Ave., Oswego, IL 60543. |
