this complaint for identity theft. I have never given any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 15 USC |1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal and unlawful activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until they can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and collection attempts continue I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and PROFESSIONAL DEBT will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. The credit reporting agencies were notified this account is result of identity theft.

on XX/XX/XXXX I worked with PROFESSIONAL DEBT MEDIATION to close a collection account. Together we negotiated a PAY for DELETE on this collection account as It was given permission from XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I made the payment of {$200.00} to satisfy the collection account and told PDM would reach out to all 3 credit bureaus and remove any trace from the collection account on my credit report.
On XX/XX/XXXX, i reached out again to see why there were no changes to my credit report being as we negotiated a pay to delete. I was told that my inquiry would be sent over to XXXX XXXX at XXXX. XXXX would reach out to me regarding my concerns.
I did not hear back from anyone nor did anyone from PDM call me. I then reached out 5 days later on XX/XX/XXXX and asked if there was someone else that could assist me. I was then sent a letter via email with the date of XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ) That PDM send to the credit bureaus i'm assuming?
I paid the account off on XX/XX/XXXX. Why does the letter being sent to the credit bureaus have a date of XX/XX/XXXX? This means they never sent the letter in the first place. They didn't do their job to close the account and give work to the credit bureaus. Why should i be emailing them over and over to have them do THEIR job? I should not have to do that. I
