29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Safe access was not provided to scaffold platforms when the platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access: a) On or about August 23, 2017, employees were not provided with safe access to scaffolding from which they were required to work at an elevation of approximately 21 feet. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
