29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure. On or about October 12, 2021 at jobsite located in 660 McKinley St., Elmhurst, IL 60126, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while engaged in residential construction activities. The ODT Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454905, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 933 N. Mitchell, Arlington Heights, IL. The ODT Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394845, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3060 Anton Court., Aurora, IL. |

On or about July 19, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet ten (10) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about July 19, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. ODT Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394845, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 3060 Anton Court, Aurora, Illinois.
