The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) On or about May 22, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing commercial carpentry operations from a SkyJack SJ86T mobile elevating work platform, at an elevation of approximately forty (40) feet, was not connected to the boom or basket, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with falls.
