Totem Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 933664, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2013, with respect to a worksite located at 706 Waukegan Road, Glenview, Illinois. Totem Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 465345, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 18, 2012, with respect to a worksite located at 5839 W.
