Representatives have called many times per day to myself and to my family members, anyone with my last name that lives in my area. They have left messages that this is to collect a debt and that they are taking action-XXXX legally and through wage garnishments. I called them back to get their address and XXXX number which they were very hesitant to release. first representative said very rudely " im not talking to you'then put me on hold. They were asked to provide any supporting information but failed and could n't do so then hung up. Very rude to my elderly mother.
I do n't have a debt that is owed so I am not sure what they are trying to accomplish.

Hello, Someone named XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX, from a company called Atlantic Recovery Solutions has been calling me, my husband, my sons, and they even called my XXXX mother 's house and asked for her trying to collect a debt that I know nothing about. I have not received any documentation from them. I don't know who they represent. XXXX XXXX has even impersonated being an attorney. They have left several messages on my phone, my family 's and friend 's phones. They have told my family and friends that I owe them money and that their calls were an attempt to collect a debt. They've even repeated the last four digits of my SS # number to my husband and son. They've had a machine ( Robo ) call us too. The number that shows on my caller ID is XXXX but their actual number is XXXX. They are harassing us and I don't even know who they are. I have several dates and messages saved on my phone. I want them to stop calling us. My mother XXXX away a few years ago. We are still mourning her XXXX. To call her house and to ask for her, in an attempt to collect a debt that is not hers, is deplorable and they should not be giving anyone my SS #. These people are out of control.

Atlantic Recovery Agency has been harassing my family.They call different people I know and is extremely rude and aggressive. They also call from a regular phone ( XXXX ) or a ( XXXX ) number but when they leave a voicemail they have us call back a ( XXXX ) number. I was supposed to be receiving a email or a letter with the XXXX collection information, and have yet to receive it. But Theyre constantly calling me I get at least 15-20 calls a day from these people
