Dear XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am writing to formally request that you immediately cease all reporting of the collection account associated with my name, which appears on my credit report. This request is made under the privacy protections afforded to me by 15 U.S. Code 6802. I have reviewed my credit report and noticed that your company is reporting a collection account that is inaccurate or incomplete. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am entitled to dispute any information that I believe to be erroneous. Complaint Regarding Improper Billing and Debt Collection Practices Details of the Complaint : I am filing this complaint regarding a debt reported by Sunrise Credit Services on my credit report for an amount of {$1100.00}. This debt originates from XXXX XXXX, and I believe it has been sent to collections improperly.
Here are the key details of my case : 1.I had a billing dispute with XXXX XXXX regarding charges on my account. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with XXXX XXXX directly, the company did not address my concerns or provide adequate justification for the charges.
2.Without proper resolution, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account to a collection agency, Sunrise Credit Services XXXX which now appears on my credit report as a collection account.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Illinois XXXX XXXX XXXX SUNRISE CREDIT SERVICES XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX XXXX : ( XXXX ) XXXX Subject : Cease and Desist - Credit Reporting Issue Dear sunrise I am writing to formally request that you cease and desist from reporting inaccurate information regarding my credit account with sunrise with accounts number XXXX believe that the information you have reported is incorrect, and it is damaging my creditworthiness. Specifically, the inaccuracies include not being able provide What the money you say I owe is for. 2. A detailed explanation of how you calculated what you say I owe. 3. Copies of any and all papers that prove I agreed to pay what you say I owe. 4. A verification or copy of any judgment, if applicable. 5. The identity, name, and address of the original creditor. 6. This debt is not mine .I found out about it when I checked my credit in XXXX. I have never bought anything from a Company of Sunrise. I disputed this from the other credit agencies and it was deleted due to fraud. I have never received any bills or phone related inquiries toward this fraudulent order nor was ever contacted or aware. Please investigate this matter and remove it from my report as other bureaus have.
